ﾎﾟﾆｮとそうすけ以外は全員死んでる ･ﾎﾞｰﾄを進めて最初に会った名無しの夫婦と赤ん坊､どう見ても避難途中という雰囲気ではなく 一家全滅してあの世の川を漕いでいる感じ ･船の墓場でも明りがついていた船の群れ､海辺の船は全部沈んだらしい ･放置されたﾘｻｶｰ(死のｲﾒｰｼﾞ?)の向こうの暗いﾄﾝﾈﾙ(あの世の入り口?)､ﾎﾟﾆｮにとって嫌な感じ ･海に沈んだひまわり園で､足が回復した老婆が｢こんな事なら早く死ねばよかった｣と言っているが､誰もそれを訂正しない ･さらに､最初の沈んだひまわり園では空気があるような描写だったが､ﾎﾟﾆｮとこうすけがやって来た2回目のｼｰﾝでは､水中でも話せることが分かる描写になる ･ｲﾒｰｼﾞｿﾝｸﾞ(?)の歌詞にも｢お迎えが来た｣とある

What happened to Ghibli? He went back making a CHILDREN'S FILM like TOTORO. He's not making films for white Hipster adults looking for "exotic" Alternative entertainment. He has said for years he wanted to make films his daughter could enjoy. This is going back to his roots. This looks to be a great movie, but I'm waiting for Disney to destroy it via their vaunted Americanization.

I don't know. To me Pixar seems a little too mainstream. Only going with topics that are "safe" and palatable to overprotective mothers. Cars? Robots? Cutesy animals? A bit mundane if you ask me. Whereas, Miyazaki creates an entire world of his own, doesn't care if you get his vision or not, he doesn't conform to the latest "trends" and pretty much marches to the beat of his own drummer. The most we can hope for every time he releases a movie is a 2 hour ticket into the "world" of Miyazaki.

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.Ghibli is great, but Pixar's films are just as creative. To say anything otherwise is only a demonstration of ignorance in the animation medium.

Don't badmouth something if you don't sure what it is. It seems you had your opinion about Japanese TV show thing already, and just judged this clip through your opinion. This is a morning news program for workers, aiming to show a lot of topics in short time by putting it's clip background while the announcer reads the information and comments for it. No one expects them to show the whole trailer in silence spending 3 minutes, this isn't that type of show, that's all.
